- 70% Lyocell
- 30% other fiber (pineapple)
- The pineapple fibers give the yarn a slightly rustic look and touch without being scratchy, while the lyocell gives it a slight sheen.
- The yarn is particularly suitable for lace patterns and is naturally breathable.
- Lyocell is an industrially produced fiber made from cellulose, i.e. from natural raw materials. The fiber has an exceptionally smooth surface with a silky feel, warms almost as well as virgin sheep's wool, cools like linen and is more absorbent than cotton.
Pineapple fiber is a vegetable fiber obtained from the leaves of the pineapple plant. It is light, breathable yet robust & durable and biodegradable. The fibers used are processed through a sustainable method with an enzymatic washing process that uses no harmful chemicals. The rest of the process is completely mechanical to minimize environmental impact.
