Delivery charges

Your order is delivered free of charge on orders of €49 or more (applies to Germany and Austria).

Otherwise, you pay a delivery charge of just €4.95 for deliveries within Germany.

Delivery charges for parcels to Austria, France, the Netherlands and Belgium are just €6.25.

For other European countries, the delivery charge is €9.95 (free delivery on orders of €79 or more).

Delivery time

Delivery to Germany and Austria takes 1–3 working days, and to other EU countries 4–6 working days from the time the order is placed in the online shop.

If you are asked to pay in advance, the delivery time begins when we receive your payment.

Delivery times may vary during periods of high order volume. You can therefore always check the current delivery time in your shopping basket and during the ordering process.
