- Information about virgin wool & alpaca: Pure virgin wool always comes from shearing live sheep. It is elastic, keeps its shape and is not susceptible to creasing. The yarn has a high insulation capacity and can absorb up to 33% of its own weight in moisture without feeling damp. The exclusive natural fibre has a silky shine, is heat-balancing, particularly light, very soft, elastic, resistant, dirt and odour repellent, particularly easy to care for and does not form pilling nodules.
